Return & Refund Policy

Right of Withdrawal

Customers located in Norway, Sweden, and Denmark have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, in accordance with applicable consumer legislation.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of receiving your order. The product must be returned within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Condition of Returned Items

Products must be returned unused, unopened, and in their original condition and packaging. You may handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature and characteristics. If the product has been used beyond this, or if the packaging has been damaged due to handling beyond what is necessary, we reserve the right to reduce the refund accordingly.

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used haircare, skincare, cosmetic, and personal care products cannot be returned unless they are verified as faulty. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, tampering, or resealing.

Return Shipping Costs

Unless the item is defective or incorrect, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If we provide a prepaid return shipping label, the cost of the label will be deducted from the refund amount. The return shipping fee will be communicated before the label is issued. Original outbound shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a verified defect or an error on our part.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged in transit, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery. 

Claims must include clear photos of:

  • The product packaging

  • The product itself

We reserve the right to assess whether the damage occurred during transit, during manufacturing, or after delivery. Damage caused by misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or normal wear and tear is not considered a defect. Claims reported after 48 hours of delivery may not be accepted.

 

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. Approved refunds will be processed within 14 days to the original payment method. If a prepaid return shipping label was used for a non-defective return, the return shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.
