Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

Alteya products are available for shipping within Norway, Sweden, and Denmark.

Epres products are available for shipping within Norway only.

 

Order Processing Times

Orders placed before 12:00 PM on a business day are typically processed and dispatched within 1 business day.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM are typically processed and dispatched within 48 hours on business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

 

Delivery Times

Delivery times may vary depending on the destination and shipping provider. Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout is an estimate only and is not guaranteed.

Delays

We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs procedures, or other circumstances outside our control.
